Today volunteers at Nottingham Trent University and the Mapping Nottingham's Identity started the initial site survey, taking measurements and understanding the site objectively. They looked at the orientation, layout and general problems with the site to enable them to start the design process.
The information gathered will be used to produce a site model that the public will be able to use to suggest ideas for development.
